A Homepage That Tells the Story, Not the Feature List
A new portfoliq.ai homepage that leads with the work we do for you — plus a more thoughtful signup experience for founding members.
This window was about how the front door reads, and how we stay in touch after you walk through it.
A homepage that pitches the work
The old portfoliq.ai was a feature catalog: here's a dashboard, here's a calculator, here's a debt module. The new one is a story you can scroll through:
- A clear, plain-language headline up top — Portfoliq is real estate intelligence that shows its work.
- A live product demo embedded right after the hero, so you see what the dashboard actually does before you scroll any further.
- A clean grid of the six product surfaces, in the order that matters for portfolio operators.
- A dedicated section for Condition Intelligence with an FAQ — because "what's an FCI?" comes up more often than we expected.
- Smoother visuals all the way down: chart tooltips that don't jump, consistent spacing, a real pass on mobile.
The hero went through five revisions in two weeks. The one that shipped leads with the outcome, not the feature.
A more thoughtful signup
Founding-member checkout now collects text-message consent the right way — with a real opt-in form, the disclosures it should have, and the storage and validation behind it. It's the kind of plumbing that pays off later when we have something worth telling you about.
And one more thing
The signup nudge on the home page now appears only when it makes sense — not on pages where it's beside the point.
Up next
A serious revision of the voice across /products, /solutions, and /resources. The site should sound like a person wrote it.
