What's new for you

Bulk actions on the Properties table. Select multiple properties and act on all of them at once — archive, retag, reclassify. No more opening each property one at a time.
Dashboard filtering. Filter the dashboard property grid by any field that matters — asset type, status, market, owner, condition. Zoom into a slice of the portfolio without leaving the home page.

What it means longer-term

Behind the scenes, we rebuilt the way Portfoliq keeps track of every property, loan, and capital plan. The result: cleaner history, fewer surprises, and the ability to do things like scenario versioning and what-if branching down the road without a rewrite.
