What counts as a property?

Each address with its own financials counts as one property. Multi-unit buildings where you track by unit would count each unit separately. If you manage a 10-unit building as one asset, that is one property.

Is there a free trial for Professional?

At launch, Professional will include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and if you do not upgrade you will move to Starter and keep your first 3 properties. Right now, during early access, founding members get 6 months of Professional free — claim a spot on the founding page.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted. On Starter, you will see all your properties but can only actively manage 3. Upgrade anytime to unlock the rest.

How much do I save with annual billing?

Annual billing saves you approximately 17% on Professional ($948/year vs $1,140/year monthly) and approximately 17% on Portfolio ($2,388/year vs $2,868/year monthly). At launch, you will be able to switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings.
